Pam McCutcheon has lived in Montana for the past 20 years after leaving Southern California to go to "The Last Best Place." McCutcheon has been a successful owner of a Bed & Breakfast in Livingston and owned and operated Big Sky Flies & Guides in Paradise Valley. In 2000, she received her Real Estate license and Broker's license in 2004, and branches out by opening her own real estate office in 2005. She knows South West Montana from houses to vacation homes, land or commercial property along with the knowledgeable information about the area schools, ski hills and fishing holes. Dude Tyler grew up ranching in Sweet Grass County. He and his brother managed the family ranch as a combination sheep and cattle ranch and eventually merged that with their outfitting business, running a successful B&B on the Boulder River in the 80’s and 90’s. He servces on the Livingston City Planning Board,& is a Board Member of Park County Big Brothers and Big Sisters. In 2007 he was appointed by Governor Schweitzer to the Water Pollution Control Advisory Council where he serves as Chair. Having been a licensed fishing outfitter for 20 years, with a working grasp of Family Ranching as well as a passion for open space preservation, Dude brings a balanced set of skills to Realty World that makes us extremely well qualified to help our buyers and sellers to fully understand the complicated choices they face in today’s real estate market.

In the summer of 1994, with her young family and a caravan of good close friends, they drove across the country and started their lives anew in the spectacular Shields River Valley. Her family quickly acquired horses and she was able to enjoy countless trail rides. In the early 1980’s Sara-Jane’s interest in pursuing a career in real estate was put on hold with the birth of her first child. She resumed the dream at the urging of that same daughter in the summer of 2004 when she got her real estate license and began the start of a successful career. She earned the GRI designation (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) in 2007, and became a partner in the ownership of Realty World Big Sky Country in late 2009.

Sara-Jane has three children. Though a more demanding schedule prevents her from riding her favorite horse, a Paso Fino named Dancer, she still loves Montana living. She hikes, skis cross-country, and learned to alter her favorite recipes according to the higher altitude. She is an avid reader, seamstress, and decorator. Sara-Jane is the President of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Park & Sweet Grass Counties, and is involved in a local chapter of PEO, a philanthropic sorority. She has served as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President of the Park County Board of Realtors, and is currently on the Risk Management Standing Committee of the Montana Association of Realtors.

Mark Pesa has lived in Montana since 2001. Mark and his family decided to live the dream in big sky country after a long career in sales and marketing in the exciting beverage industry. Mark continues to realize his dream of being a small business owner, he and his wife Kathy purchased a franchise in Livingston, Montana: the UPS Store. He built this business from a fledgling start-up, to a now third of a million dollar revenue generating business. Mark also bought Paradise Peaks Property Management and Maintenance, PPPM is the largest property management business in Park County. From the success of the management company, came Paradise Valley Vacation Rentals, a premier vacation rental option to the Paradise Valley of Montana and the Yellowstone River area. Mike Robitaille was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. After completing tours in the Navy and Army National Guard, he graduated from Northern Arizona University with degrees in Geography and Parks and Recreation. Mike has recently moved to Montana to be closer to his family and has brought a unique set of skills and experience to the Realty World Big Sky Country Office. After 15 years in the construction industry as the owner of Diamond D Construction, Inc. Bob decided to expand his activities to become a real estate agent and joined the team at Realty World Big Sky Country.
